Job Description
Our client is a foreign-invested company, currently looking to hire an E-Commerce Executive (Fashion, 700 USD, ID 17773)
- Develop and execute e-commerce strategies to increase online sales and strengthen customer engagement.
- Plan and oversee digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media outreach, and online advertising.
- Analyze e-commerce metrics and customer behavior to guide business decisions and optimize digital performance.
- Maintain and update the e-commerce website, ensuring high functionality, user experience, and site performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, product, operations) to align online and offline sales initiatives.
- Stay current on e-commerce and digital marketing trends, incorporating best practices to enhance overall strategy.
- Lead the planning and execution of online promotions and product launches, ensuring timely and effective rollout.
- Handle customer service inquiries related to e-commerce, resolving issues promptly to maintain customer satisfaction.
Requirement
- University degree in Marketing or related majors
- Have 2 years of related experience in the fashion field
- Have writing skills, multi-platform content creation, understanding of digital media platforms such as: YouTube, Facebook, TikTok....
- Good at English
