Dyeing Manager (Textile)

Ensure On-Time Delivery (OTD):

• Ensure dyeing production meets OTD targets.

• Analyze workforce utilization, facility layout, production costs, process flow charts, and schedules to enhance efficiency.

• Participate in production-related meetings, including backlog reviews and internal coordination.

• Maintain and update the OTD tracking report.

• Investigate OTD failures and implement corrective actions.

Ensure Right First Time (RFT):

• Analyze organizational structures and project data to define roles and responsibilities.

• Maintain dyeing failure reports; conduct root cause analysis and propose solutions to improve RFT performance.

Prevent Operator Errors:

• Implement Kaizen initiatives to improve production efficiency, product quality, 5S practices, and visual management.

• Enforce discipline and deliver training programs for dyeing operators.

• Ensure compliance with labor safety standards and company regulations.

Other Duties:

• Design, schedule, and procure production tools, equipment, and workstations as needed.

• Ensure timely preventive and corrective maintenance of dyeing machinery.

• Perform other tasks as assigned by the Production Manage

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Industrial Management, preferably in the Textile Industry.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in manufacturing or textile dyeing operations.

• Proficient in English (reading, writing, and verbal communication).

• Experience working with ERP systems.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Team-oriented with the ability to work under pressure.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Strong time management and organizational abilities.
