Job Description

Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for a Duty Manager (Hospitality): 
  • Supervise and coordinate all activities of the hospitality team during the assigned shift.
  • Ensure that guests receive outstanding customer service and handle any complaints or issues effectively.
  • Monitor and maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and security throughout the premises.
  • Support the implementation of company policies, procedures, and operational standards.
  • Assist in staff scheduling, training, and performance monitoring during the shift.
  • Manage inventory and supplies to ensure the venue is adequately stocked during the shift.
  • Liaise with other departments such as housekeeping, maintenance, and kitchen to ensure seamless operations.
  • Prepare shift reports and communicate important information to the management team.
  • Respond quickly to emergencies or unexpected situations, ensuring guest safety and satisfaction.
  • Promote a positive work environment and motivate staff to deliver their best performance.

Requirement

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in hospitality operations, preferably in hotels, resorts, or food & beverage outlets.
  • Familiar with guest service standards, staff management, and hospitality safety procedures.
  • Ability to handle customer complaints and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Strong leadership, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication skills in English.
