Job Description
Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for a Duty Manager (Hospitality):
- Supervise and coordinate all activities of the hospitality team during the assigned shift.
- Ensure that guests receive outstanding customer service and handle any complaints or issues effectively.
- Monitor and maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and security throughout the premises.
- Support the implementation of company policies, procedures, and operational standards.
- Assist in staff scheduling, training, and performance monitoring during the shift.
- Manage inventory and supplies to ensure the venue is adequately stocked during the shift.
- Liaise with other departments such as housekeeping, maintenance, and kitchen to ensure seamless operations.
- Prepare shift reports and communicate important information to the management team.
- Respond quickly to emergencies or unexpected situations, ensuring guest safety and satisfaction.
- Promote a positive work environment and motivate staff to deliver their best performance.
Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in hospitality operations, preferably in hotels, resorts, or food & beverage outlets.
- Familiar with guest service standards, staff management, and hospitality safety procedures.
- Ability to handle customer complaints and resolve issues efficiently.
- Strong leadership, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication skills in English.
