Job Description
Our client is a foreign invested company, now looking for a Document Specialist (English & Chinese, $700, ID21166)
- Prepare, review, and manage import/export documents
- Handle contracts, LC, and shipping documents
- Deliver documents to customers, banks, and related parties on time
- Archive documents systematically for tracking and audit
- Coordinate with team and support issue handling
Requirement
- Female, under 30 years old
- Bachelor’s degree in related major: logistics, supply chain; fresh graduates are welcome
- 6 months–1 year experience in import/export documentation is preferred
- Good English for documentation and Chinese for reporting
