Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Director of Sales & Marketing to lead all sales, marketing, and revenue generation activities for our luxury hotel:
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to achieve business goals and maximize revenue.
- Lead and manage the sales and marketing team, ensuring high performance, motivation, and professional growth.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in domestic and international markets.
- Maintain strong relationships with key partners, travel agents, corporate clients, and media representatives.
- Oversee branding, advertising, public relations, and digital marketing campaigns.
- Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer data to optimize pricing and positioning strategies.
- Prepare and manage the department’s budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure consistency in brand messaging and service delivery.
- Represent the hotel/resort at trade shows, sales events, and networking activities.
Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Economics, International Business, or related fields.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a similar position within a luxury hotel or resort environment.
- Strong command of written and spoken English.
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical thinking and strategic planning capabilities.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure.
- Well-organized with effective time management and coordination skills.
- Flexibility to work during weekends and holidays when required.
