Job Description

Role Overview:
Oversee and manage sales and reservations teams to maximize revenue, promotional reach, and marketing opportunities.

Sales Responsibilities:

  • Develop business strategies, detailed action plans, and implementation plans to achieve targets.

  • Lead, direct, and supervise staff to ensure business objectives are met; regularly monitor progress.

  • Research and develop new products and services; propose solutions to enhance business efficiency.

  • Analyze local and regional market trends, as well as competitor activities, to identify growth opportunities.

  • Define product positioning, packaging, and pricing strategies to maximize long-term market share.

  • Expand customer networks by identifying new clients, nurturing relationships with partners and strategic clients, and developing agents and sales channels; represent the resort in sales events and promotional activities domestically and internationally.

Marketing Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies and brand standards.

  • Oversee brand strategy execution and maintain brand consistency.

  • Plan and manage market research activities.

  • Manage relationships with international media and external stakeholders.

Revenue Management:

  • Define market segmentation and guest source strategies based on resort development plans and market trends, aligning with approved budgets.

  • Control pricing and policies across different market segments and customer sources.

Budget & Operations:

  • Develop and manage the sales and marketing operating budget.

  • Establish and optimize operational processes within sales and marketing departments.

  • Regularly review service standards based on guest feedback.

  • Ensure quality control across rooms division operations.

  • Support owner and internal team communications.

  • Ensure compliance with safety, security, and emergency preparedness procedures.

  • Implement guest service initiatives to enhance the overall experience, including personalized services, VIP amenities, and special touches exceeding expectations.

Requirement

Male/Female
Education: Bachelor’s degree (preferably in a related field), proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint
English: Fluent
Skills: Leadership, negotiation, problem-solving, time management, communication, training management, or related skills
Experience: At least 3 years in a similar role, preferably with experience in a luxury or high-end environment
Other Skills: Advanced calculation skills
