Job Description
Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for a Director of Rooms (Negotiate, ID16880):
- Oversee and direct the daily operations of the front desk, guest services, and housekeeping, making sure that all service requirements are met.
- The annual budgets should be prepared and managed responsibly.
- Create, suggest, carry out, and oversee the division's yearly budget, business/marketing strategy, projections, and goals in order to fulfill or beyond management's expectations.
- To guarantee a high degree of quality and customer satisfaction, implement corporate plans and oversee department operations in accordance with laws, company policies, and procedures.
- Oversee all departmental purchases while maintaining constant awareness of price and quality.
- Supervise each department's or room's standards.
- Acknowledge visitors, manage transactions, and address associated problems.
- In order to preserve a high degree of customer satisfaction and quality, address consumer complaints as needed.
- Manage the human resources in the rooms division in order to attract, retain and motivate the employees; hire, train, develop, empower, coach and counsel, conduct performance, resolve problems, provide open communication vehicles, discipline and terminate, as appropriate.
Requirement
- Gender: Male/Female
- Diploma in Hotel Management or Master’s degree in a related discipline preferred
- . At least 05 years’ experience in a comparable role in luxury hotels and/or resorts.
- Proficient in English
