Job Description
Digital Marketing Leader (Ecommerce, ID 17467) wanted for a foreign-invested company! $1200/month salary + opportunities to grow!
- Implement monthly and quarterly marketing activities aligned with the company’s overall strategy.
- Develop and manage digital platforms (website, social media) to ensure high engagement.
- Oversee advertising campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook Ads, YouTube, ensuring budget adherence and KPI achievement.
- Analyze and optimize the performance of digital channels to improve campaign effectiveness.
- Assess and refine marketing campaigns to enhance conversion rates.
- Lead and motivate the marketing team to meet KPIs while managing costs effectively.
- Ensure consistent brand identity across all marketing materials and platforms.
- Set and measure KPIs to optimize campaign performance and align with business objectives.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Director to support overall marketing goals.
Requirement
- Male/Female, 30-45 years old
- Bachelor's degree or higher.
- At least 5 years of experience in Marketing, with at least 3 years in a similar role focused on Digital Marketing within the F&B sector.
- Have experience in marketing on eCommerce platforms (selling on eCommerce channels, Livestreaming, etc.).
- Good at English.
