Job Description

- Manage and operate digital marketing channels (Facebook, YouTube, TikTok), ensuring consistent and effective brand image.
- Plan, execute, and optimize Paid Ads (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads) to achieve Awareness – Engagement – Lead Generation goals.
- Build digital brand identity through content creation, storytelling, and online promotion activities.
- Design and implement short video campaigns (Shorts/Reels/TikTok) for communication and marketing purposes.
- Organize digital promotions and customer events via online platforms and short-form video content.
- Develop and manage online communities: oversee content, drive engagement, and boost conversions.
- Conduct surveys, collect feedback, and evaluate the effectiveness of digital community activities.
- Analyze the seafood market from a digital perspective, perform benchmarking on performance and content.
- Prepare SWOT reports for digital marketing and propose strategies aligned with business objectives
Requirement
- Male/Female, aged 22–35.
- Bachelor’s degree in Multimedia Communication, Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in digital marketing.
- Proficiency in online advertising tools and basic video editing software (Premiere, CapCut, Canva, etc.).
- Strong analytical thinking and sensitivity to social media trends.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills.
- Knowledge of the aquaculture/seafood industry is an advantage.
- Willingness to travel to the Mekong Delta region (2–3 times per month) as required.
- English reading comprehension skills.
