Job Description
Dream Job Alert! $5000 /month salary awaits! We're hiring a Die Maintenance Manager (Open for Chinese/Taiwanese, ID 17996) for a foreign investment company
- Establish and implement preventive maintenance plans for dies and tooling to minimize unplanned downtime.
- Ensure prompt completion of corrective maintenance for damaged or worn tooling.
- Track die performance during production runs and address potential issues proactively.
- Uphold die quality and accuracy in line with product specifications and process standards.
- Evaluate die designs to confirm compliance with safety, reliability, and production efficiency requirements.
- Perform inspections, fit testing, and validations for repaired or modified tooling.
- Coordinate die changeovers and repair schedules with production planning to ensure tool availability.
- Collaborate with engineering, quality, and production teams to support the introduction of new dies and ongoing process improvements.
- Maintain accurate documentation, including maintenance records, inspection logs, tool usage history, and spare parts inventories.
- Conduct root cause analysis of tooling failures and implement long-term corrective actions.
- Lead or contribute to initiatives aimed at extending die life, reducing maintenance costs, and improving operational efficiency.
Requirement
- Male, 40–60 years old
- University graduate with a major in Mechanical Engineering
- Nationality: Must be either Taiwanese or Chinese
- Minimum of 8 years of experience as a Die Maintenance Manager in the metal industry
- Proficient in SolidWorks and CAD
- Proficient in English
- Strong technical expertise required in metal die design, manufacturing processes, CNC machining, and grinding
