Job Description
Creative Leadership
-
Define the design direction for Activewear and Intimates, ensuring alignment with brand identity, seasonal narratives, and consumer insights.

Drive innovation in materials, silhouettes, trims, construction, and sustainable design practices.
-
Analyze global trends, consumer behavior, and competitive market dynamics to keep collections fresh and relevant.

Inspire, mentor, and oversee a team of designers across both categories.
-
Cultivate a collaborative and high-performance design culture focused on creativity, accountability, and continuous development.

Provide constructive feedback and growth plans for individual team members.
-
Transform seasonal strategies into cohesive and innovative product assortments.
-
Manage the design calendar, ensuring timely execution with excellence and efficiency.

Partner with Product Development and Sourcing teams to align on cost, feasibility, and innovation.

Work closely with the Business Team, Product Development, and Customers to ensure a balance between fashion and function across various price points and customer segments.

Present seasonal concepts and collections to leadership and stakeholders with confidence and clarity.

Advocate for design excellence and consumer-driven solutions in cross-functional forums.
Requirement
-
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Fashion Design, Apparel Design, or related field.

8–12 years of design experience, including at least 3 years in a managerial or leadership role.

Proven ability to deliver innovative, trend-leading collections in activewear, intimates, or performance-driven categories.

Strong expertise in fabric innovation, technical construction, body fit, and product functionality.

Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Highly collaborative with the ability to influence and inspire cross-functional teams.

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, 3D design tools (e.g., CLO), and trend forecasting platforms.
