Job Description
Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for a Deputy Store Manager (Fashion, ID16439):
Commercial/Visual:
Ensure shop-floor layout and merchandising align with company guidelines.
Analyze daily information and respond appropriately.
Plan and execute commercial and visual activities on a daily, weekly, and seasonal basis.
Collaborate with management to maintain effective RFID practices.
Control product levels in the store.
Customer Service:
Provide high-quality customer service.
Monitor and support customer service action plans.
Address and resolve customer issues, escalating to senior management as needed.
Understand and reinforce the company return policy.
Support customer service with product knowledge on new arrivals and best sellers.
Shop-floor & Sales Management:
Motivate the team to boost sales and efficiency.
Monitor daily and monthly budgets to meet or exceed targets.
Communicate daily with management regarding personnel and product updates.
Maintain standards throughout the day and at closing.
Team Management:
Lead and motivate the department.
Ensure proper training and onboarding for new team members.
Support the development and retention of an effective team.
Manage performance issues among sales assistants.
Health & Safety:
Maintain cleanliness and safety in all store areas, reporting incidents to senior management.
Be aware of risks to employees and customers, following safe work practices and company procedures.

Requirement
- Male/Female; Age: under 32 years old
- Graduated from university above
- Having 1 year of experience in a Supervisor or Assistant Store Manager position in fashion retail or global F&B.
- Fluent in English.
- Have management experience.
