Job Description
Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for a Deputy Sales Manager (Sea Freight, 1600$, ID 16995):
- Identify and acquire new customers, particularly focusing on Vietnamese local businesses.
- Focus primarily on sea freight forwarding services for sales.
- Negotiate and finalize contracts with customers, ensuring the company’s interests are protected.
- Collaborate with other departments to address customer requirements and resolve issues.
- Foster strong relationships with existing clients and actively seek new opportunities to drive sales growth.
- Engage in daily sales activities, including preparing quotations, making cold calls and emails, and sending market intelligence reports.
- Support the superior in developing sales strategies, marketing plans, and customer service policies to enhance sales performance and customer satisfaction.
Requirement
- Male/Female, 27-45 years old
- Bachelor's Degree or higher
- At least 5 years of sales experience in Freight Forwarding or Logistics industry.
- Experience in sea freight is highly desirable.
- Proficient in English communication.
- Strong customer service orientation.
