Job Description
Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for a Deputy Restaurant Manager($800, ID19986):
- Operations: Manage daily high-end restaurant activities and service flow.
- Lead, train, and schedule the front-of-house team.
- Enhance guest satisfaction and uphold Omotenashi standards.
- Oversee inventory, costs, and daily revenue reports.
- Support menu updates and marketing programs.
Requirement
- Male/Female. Age: 25 - 35 years old.
- Education: College degree or higher.
- Experience: At least 02 years in F&B industry with at least 1 year in a management role.
- Leadership: Proven track record of managing a team of 15+ staff in high-end restaurant segments.
- Language: Basic English communication skills.
