Job Description

Our client is a foreign-invested manufacturing company, now looking for an Deputy Human Resources Manager (Manufacturing, ID19710, 1200USD):
  • Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning: Lead and manage recruitment activities to meet workforce demands for a large-scale manufacturing environment
  • Compensation, Benefits & HR Operation: Coordinate with the C&B team to ensure accurate payroll, benefits administration, and policy implementation
  • HR Compliance & Employee Relations: Ensure full compliance with Vietnam Labor Law, internal policies, and audit requirements
  • Training, Development & Culture: Coordinate with the TMD (Training & Management Development) team to implement training and people development programs
  • HR Reporting & Data Analysis: Prepare and analyze HR reports related to headcount, turnover, recruitment, and labor cost
 

Requirement

  • Male/Female, under 40
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related fields
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role
  • Fluent in English
  • Experience in FDI manufacturing companies with 500+ employees (textile/garment industry preferred)
  • Strong hands-on experience in Recruitment, C&B, HR Compliance, Employee Relations, Training & Culture
