Deputy General Manager

Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for a Deputy General Manager (6000 USD, ID12955)

• Build new business under the supervision of supervisors
• Monitor the team's performance to ensure that it runs smoothly on a daily basis
• Manage and handle the proper business while adhering to risk management and maximizing profit
• Manage marketing and promotion programs to increase sales and product positioning in the market
• Maintain and build company relationships with partners (customers, suppliers) to meet sales targets
• Ensure business continuity by maintaining and developing backup employees and facilities.
• Perform other sales and management tasks as given by superiors.

• Gender: Male/Female; Age: 40 - 50 years old
• Graduated from university major in Chemistry, Economics or related fields
• From 15 years of working experience in the same position in Chemicals or Plastic fields, international trading company is preferable
• Good command of English, ability to communicate in Japanese is a plus
