Job Description
Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for a Deputy Compliance & Sustainability Manager (Manufacturing, Negotiate, ID15782)
- Establish appropriate vision, mission, and strategic objectives of Compliance & Sustainability dept.
- Conduct periodic assessments of sustainable development indicators for safety, health, environment, and energy and adjust if necessary.
- Calculate workload, establish labor norms and organizational structure
- Evaluate, build, adjust, and develop human resource development plans for the C&S department.
- Establish safety, health, cultural safety, environment, and energy systems.
- Establish management policies and systems of HSE, EC, WW process
- Ensure compliance with current regulations and customer requirements and the plant’s sustainable development strategies
- Build and implement the C&S strategy (HS, WW, EC) and A3 Action Plan
- Update processes, and management documents and adjust to suit the actual situation
- Guide and perform C&S tasks for subordinates and departments
- Check and supervise subordinates, adjust and monitor projects related to C&S
- Conduct data analysis, and internal audit, evaluate effectiveness, and continuously improve the C&S system.
- Build an expertise development plan and proper career path for the C&S department
Requirement
- Male/ Female, 30-45 years old
- Graduated from University with a major of Environment or related field
- Having 3 years of experience in the same position or above at manufacturing factories.
- Good at English
