Job Description

Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for a Deputy Compliance & Sustainability Manager (Manufacturing, Negotiate, ID15782)
  • Establish appropriate vision, mission, and strategic objectives of Compliance & Sustainability dept. 
  • Conduct periodic assessments of sustainable development indicators for safety, health, environment, and energy and adjust if necessary.
  • Calculate workload, establish labor norms and organizational structure
  •  Evaluate, build, adjust, and develop human resource development plans for the C&S department.
  • Establish safety, health, cultural safety, environment, and energy systems.
  •  Establish management policies and systems of HSE, EC, WW process
  • Ensure compliance with current regulations and customer requirements and the plant’s sustainable development strategies
  • Build and implement the C&S strategy (HS, WW, EC) and A3 Action Plan
  • Update processes, and management documents and adjust to suit the actual situation
  •  Guide and perform C&S tasks for subordinates and departments
  •  Check and supervise subordinates, adjust and monitor projects related to C&S
  • Conduct data analysis, and internal audit, evaluate effectiveness, and continuously improve the C&S system.
  • Build an expertise development plan and proper career path for the C&S department

Requirement

  • Male/ Female, 30-45 years old
  • Graduated from University with a major of Environment or related field
  • Having 3 years of experience in the same position or above at manufacturing factories.
  • Good at English
