Job Description
- Enhance dealer operations in key areas such as procedures and facilities, especially for aftersales services.
- Establish new dealers from the start to full operation.
- Provide on-site support to ensure the implementation of improvement activities.
- Conduct training for dealer members to enhance their skills.
- Achieve service KPIs and performance targets for assigned dealers, regions, or territories.
- Communicate company policies to dealers, listen to their concerns, and report to management for necessary solutions.
- Coordinate the resolution of specific dealer issues.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
Requirement
- Preference for males, under 35 years old.
- Graduate in fields related to Automotive.
- Have a minimum of 3 years of related experience in the automotive industry.
- English proficiency that allows for good reading comprehension and effective communication during interviews.
