Job Description
Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for a Customs Team Leader ($1200, ID16684)
- Observe the delivery schedule and review the shipping document.
- Declare import-export shipments in VNACCS and the KNQM system.
- Use the appropriate HS code for machines, materials, and spare components.
- Revise the import shipment inspection policies and customs regulations.
- Assist the appropriate department in providing guidance on import data and procedures.
- Update new laws, rules, and circulars pertaining to customs operations on a regular basis.
- Speak with customs officials to receive their guidance and make sure we are following the correct procedures.
- Work with the forwarder and trucking provider to make sure they satisfy company specifications and deliver on schedule.
- Create statistical reports, import-export reports, VTOs, and customs KPIs, among others.
- Introduce new members to the customs process.
Requirement
- Male/Female
- Graduated in University, College (Import – export, Logistics, warehouse is an advantage)
- Have 5 years of relevant experiences in the import-export department of Logistics, CFS warehouse, Bonded warehouse companies.
- Good at English
