Job Description

Customs Declaration: Prepare and submit customs documentation accurately and on time, including invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, and certificates of origin.

Coordination: Work closely with carriers, forwarders, and customs officers to facilitate clearance and resolve any issues.

Compliance: Ensure all shipments comply with customs laws, import-export regulations, and company policies.

Monitoring: Track shipment schedules, update internal teams on clearance status, and manage deadlines effectively.

Problem-Solving: Handle unexpected issues during customs clearance and propose practical solutions.

Documentation Management: Maintain organized records of customs transactions for audits and reporting.
Requirement

Female, under 35 years of age
-
Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university
-
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position within export processing factories (EPE)
-
Strong expertise in customs operations and procedures for EPE companies
-
English Communication at Work.
