Job Description
1. Customs Operations & Compliance Control
-
Oversee and handle daily import and export transactions to ensure smooth customs clearance.
-
Prepare and review customs declarations to guarantee accuracy and timely submission.
-
Ensure full adherence to Vietnamese customs regulations across all operational activities.
-
Translate, update, and maintain customs master data between English and Vietnamese.
-
Work closely with customs brokers on HS classification and clearance procedures.
-
Monitor broker performance, support new implementations, and verify service accuracy.

Review and validate broker invoices, ensuring timely payment and proper system posting of customs duties and fees.
-
Support updates to Bills of Materials (BOM) and coordinate with authorities when regulatory clarification is required.

Maintain and regularly update customs-related product and material master data.

Assist in managing import/export licenses, quotas, and other regulatory authorizations.

Maintain SAP GTS audit trails and prepare documentation for both internal and external audits.

Respond effectively to queries from customs offices and relevant government agencies.

Ensure proper electronic filing and accurate record-keeping of all customs documentation.

Collaborate with regional and global stakeholders on customs compliance and trade initiatives.

Support regression testing, master data harmonization, and system improvement activities.

Provide advisory support and resolve customs-related inquiries for internal teams in Vietnam.
Requirement
- Male/Female, under 40 years old
- Bachelor’s degree in International Trade, Customs, or related fields.
- At least 3 years of experience in Import-Export operations within manufacturing companies.
- Experience in preparing Customs finalization reports.
- Knowledge of Customs Laws and Regulations.
- Fluent in English across all four skills (listening, speaking, reading, writing).
