Job Description
Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for a Customer Service Manager (Hospitality, Negotiable ID16698)
- Ensure all guest inquiries, requests, and complaints are addressed in a timely, professional, and efficient manner
- Resolve any guest issues or concerns promptly, ensuring a high level of guest satisfaction
- Maintain consistent communication with guests to ensure their expectations are met
- Interact with guests on a regular basis throughout the property to obtain feedback on quality of product, service levels and overall satisfaction.
- Lead, supervise, and motivate the front office and guest service team to deliver excellent customer service
- Provide ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance the team's service delivery skills and knowledge
- Quality Control and Service Standards
- Ensure property policies are administered fairly and consistently, disciplinary procedures and documentation are completed according to Standards (SOPs)
Requirement
- Male/Female
- Graduated in hotel management or related fieldse)
- At least 3 years experience in a similar role in high volume hotels and/ or resorts.
- Excellent command of English, Ability to speak Korean/ Chinese/ Japanese as an advantage
