Job Description
- Verify that the computer science team is adhering to the Direc Deal SOPs and fulfilling the performance requirements that were agreed upon with TGA.
- Take responsibility for clarifying and confirming product requirements for new style samples and coomunicating these to the sample room
- Assemble cross-functional teams to ensure new or special requirements for existing customers are properly understood and can be handled by the factory
- Giving clients on-demand status updates throughout the manufacturing process
- Talk to suppliers and fabric sourcing to address the issue of late deliveries. Manage logistics to schedule shipping and notify clients of these plans to ensure on-time delivery.
- Hold the necessary IEs responsible for accurately, completely, and promptly communicating customer orders to the relevant departments and for following up to ensure comprehension.
Requirement
- Female/ Male. Under 45 years old
- University degree in related major
- 10 years of experience as a Customer Service Manager and 5 years of experience as a Senior Manager in a similar position at a garment factory is required
- Fluent in English
