Job Description
Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for a Customer Service Executive (Remote, Open for Freshers, $800, ID 16903):
- Provide consultation, guidance, and support to address customer issues encountered when using products (web app solutions for eCommerce: Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce).
- Stay updated on new technologies related to Shopify and app systems.
- Collaborate with support team members and developers to analyze and deliver the best solutions for customer problems.
- Represent the company in maintaining strong customer relationships, accompanying them to achieve the best outcomes.
Requirement
- Male/Female, >22 years old
- Graduated from university or higher
- No prior experience is required; comprehensive training will be provided to equip candidates for the role.
- Good English reading and writing skills.
