Customer Service Executive (Logistics)

1. Customer Engagement

• Reach out to both prospective and current clients in Vietnam using standardized communication scripts.
• Deliver accurate and concise information regarding the company’s products and services.
• Handle customer questions and issues in a professional and courteous manner.

2. Sales Support

• Identify customer needs through attentive listening and effective questioning techniques.
• Adapt communication approaches to enhance the likelihood of closing sales.
• Forward qualified prospects to the Business Development (BD) team for further follow-up.

3. Support for BD Team

• Provide assistance in preparing quotations and conducting follow-ups with clients.
• Join BD team members on sales visits when required.
• Keep the Cello Square Tariff system updated to ensure quick and accurate quotations.

4. Customer Relationship Management

• Address and resolve customer complaints with professionalism and care.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships to foster future business opportunities.

5. Data Management & Reporting

• Maintain and update customer information within the Mysales system.
• Prepare and submit weekly performance and progress reports to team leaders.

6. Additional Responsibilities

• Carry out other tasks as assigned by team leaders.

• Male/Female, under 40 years old
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Logistics, or related field
• 1–3 years of experience in sales support, customer service, or inside sales in logistics field.
• Good at English
