Job Description
Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for a Customer Service Executive (1500$, ID16820)
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and issues via phone, email, or in-person, providing accurate information and effective support.
- Resolve customer complaints and problems by identifying solutions and addressing difficult situations to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of company products and services to provide detailed advice and assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions.
- Manage and track customer orders from receipt to delivery, ensuring a smooth and timely process.
- Gather and document customer feedback, helping the company improve products and services while maintaining strong customer relationships.
- Work closely with other departments like sales, technical, and logistics to ensure timely and accurate delivery of services to customers.
- Update customer information, support requests, and issues in the management system, and provide regular reports on customer service performance and satisfaction.
- Ensure high customer service standards are maintained by resolving issues quickly and accurately, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
Requirement

- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with CRM proficiency.
