Job Description
Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for a Customer Service (English & Japanese Speaking, $700, ID19952)
- Expand sales (market/volume) when applicable.
- Welcome factory visitors and support customer care activities at the factory; assist customers during production line inspections.
- Monitor the production status of assigned products.
- Handle assigned sales reports as directed by the supervisor.
Requirement
- Male/ Female. Age: Under 35 years old.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- At least 2 years of experience in sales, customer service (B2B), or supply chain management.
- Experience in manufacturing companies is preferred.
- Proficient in English and Japanese for independent work communication.
- Good computer skills (MS Office).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer-oriented mindset.
