Job Description
Our customer is a FDI manufacturing company, now looking for a Customer Quality Engineer (Electronics, $1200, ID 16749)
- Lead efforts to ensure quality readiness at the factory for both development builds and mass production phases.

Proactively address and resolve all quality issues in development builds, ensuring timely closure.

Work closely with design, engineering, and safety teams to establish appropriate quality control, inspection, and metrology stations on the production line.

Prepare and manage documentation for new product launches, ensuring all quality standards are met.

Conduct risk assessments and implement quality control plans for new products being developed, ensuring that all potential risks are identified and mitigated.

Handle Return Merchandise Authorization and customer claim issues, working closely with both the customer and the packhouse to resolve any quality-related concerns.
Requirement
- Male, 25-40 years old
- College degree or higher
- 2-3 years of working experience as the same position for Electronics companies
- Experience working with customers and handling customer claim issues
- Good at English
