ATEQ is seeking a Service Technician for our Ho Chi Minh City office to handle in-house and onsite repairs and calibrations of ATEQ instruments.

JOB DESCRIPTIONS
Good technical background (with the ability to operate various types of service and calibration equipment.)
Basic verbal, written and telephone English communication skills.
Experience in direct face to face customer service on and off site.
Ability to follow processes with an attention to details.
Able to travel throughout the country and oversea.
Maintain proper documentation of services.
Answer service-related phone calls from customers.
Troubleshoot customer issues over phone or email.
Travel to customers for onsite services.
Perform Calibrations according to the procedures.
Make follow up calls to customers with recently serviced instruments.
Support other related jobs.
