Job Description
Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for a Cost Engineer (Mechanics, $800, ID19438)

- Utilize the ERP-SAP system to prepare quotations for various product lines.
- Receive customer drawings and requirements via email or hard copy.

Check and confirm cycle time/takt time before issuing the Manufacturing Order (MO) to ensure production readiness.
- Identify appropriate manufacturing methods and processes based on product structure and technical requirements.
- Verify the suitability of existing molds, tools, jigs, and machines for new products.
- Participate in internal meetings to review production feasibility, cost structure, and delivery schedules.
- Verify the suitability of existing molds, tools, jigs, and machines for new product requirements.
- Maintain quotation, order, and customer communication records in the ERP-SAP system.
- Prepare weekly and monthly quotation reports for management.
Requirement
- Male/Female. Under 40 years old
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant major.
- Have 03 years of experience in a similar position within the mechanical manufacturing industry.
- Good command of English.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes; experienced in reading technical drawings, material take-off, BOM creation, and product costing.
