Company Key Milestones

2001: CTL was founded as a private company in food industry, which was the precursor of Asia Chemicals Corporation (ACC).

2004: It was changed company type from private to limited. CTL was changed to ATL Co. Ltd.

2007: ACC was established on the basis of ATL Co. Ltd. The company decided to transform into a joint stock company to suit the new development situation. This really marked a new milestone and created a plenty of opportunities for it to promote internal resources and strengths to rise up.

2011: Mekong Enterprise Fund II (MEF II), managed by Mekong Capital, has invested US$3.4 million in ACC.

2012: ACC was ranked as 373th company of VNR500 (VNR500 - Top 500 Vietnamese largest private enterprises), 150th FAST500 (Top 500 fastest growing enterprises in Vietnam).
