Job Description
Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for a Compliance & Sustainability Director (Manufacturing, ID21429, 2000USD):
- Strategic Alignment: Establish the department's vision, mission, and strategic objectives to align with and support the overarching vision and mission of the Company and the Group.
- Human Resource Planning: Strategically plan, allocate, and optimize C&S human resources.
- System & Culture Establishment: Set up, maintain, and continuously improve systems for health, safety, environmental management, energy efficiency, and foster a robust safety culture across the organization.
- Operational Oversight: Guide, deploy, monitor, and audit all workflows, projects, and daily operations within the C&S department.
- Talent Development: Provide coaching, training, and capability development for team members to build a high-performing C&S squad.
- Ad-hoc Duties: Execute other strategic tasks and assignments as requested by the General Director.
Requirement
- Male/Female, Under 45 years old
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in relevant fields (Environmental Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety, Industrial Management, or related disciplines).
- Minimum of 3 years of leadership/management experience directly within the Compliance & Sustainability (C&S) or EHS sector in a manufacturing environment.
