Dream Job Alert! A $1000/month salary awaits! We're hiring a Compliance Specialist (Apparel, Chinese & English, ID17580) for a foreign investment company.
- New Supplier Evaluation – Take full responsibility for assessing the social responsibility compliance of new suppliers, ensuring strict adherence to company and industry standards
- Annual Audits – Conduct annual social responsibility audits for existing suppliers, monitor compliance with established standards, and drive continuous improvement.
- Standard Implementation – Possess in-depth knowledge of social responsibility evaluation standards, including both industry-wide requirements and brand-specific criteria, to provide a solid theoretical foundation for assessments.
- Brand Requirement Interpretation – Master brand-specific evaluation requirements and gain a clear understanding of key focus areas during inspections.
- Document Preparation – Proactively prepare and refine all relevant audit documents, ensuring completeness, accuracy, and regulatory compliance.
- Competency Requirements – Demonstrate high levels of responsibility, meticulous attention to detail, and integrity in assessment tasks while fostering a strong team spirit.
- Collaboration & Communication – Exhibit excellent communication and coordination skills to ensure smooth collaboration between suppliers and internal teams.
Requirement
- Male/Female, 22-40 years old
- Graduated from university with a related major
- At least 03 years of experience in a similar position at raw material, textiles, or garment factories.
- Familiar with environmental management systems like ISO14001 and occupational health and safety management systems like ISO45001.
- Good at English and Chinese with strong 4 skills
