Job Description
Our client is a foreign-invested manufacturing company, now looking for a Compliance Manager (Hospitality, 1800 USD, ID16608)
- Collaborate with the Director of Finance and departmental teams to ensure Compliance practices are thorough and unified.
- Manage and automate key Compliance reporting for operational departments across the property.
- Provide prompt Compliance support in response to requests from department heads and senior management.
- Demonstrate the ability to effectively manage projects involving multiple internal and external teams.
- Oversee the resolution and implementation of corrective actions for procedures identified in exception reports.
- Carry out other related duties as required.
Requirement
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in Compliance management, Regulatory Audits, and Compliance functions.
- Experience in Risk Assessment and Management is a plus.
- Good at English
