Job Description
Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for Compliance Associate Manager (Manufacturing, 1200$, ID 17151):
- Quality Management System (QMS): Oversee the implementation and maintenance of QMS based on ISO 13485:2016, ISO 9001:2015, 21CFR Part 820, and customer-specific requirements
- Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS): Manage EHS systems based on ISO 45001:2018 and ISO 14001:2015 standards.
- Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR): Oversee CSR systems in compliance with RBA and Sedex SMETA 4 pillars.
- Supplier Audits: Conduct and manage audits for suppliers focusing on QMS, EHS, CSR, and Chemical in Product (CiP) compliance for parts and materials.
- Resource Management: Handle departmental resources, including budgeting and workforce planning.
- Training and Development: Develop resource plans and provide on-the-job training for compliance team members and other relevant staff.
- Regulatory Affairs: Manage regulatory compliance, including Certificates of Free Sale (CFS), document legalization, and responding to customer requirements as authorized by the parent company.
- Supplier Evaluation: Oversee price approvals, supplier evaluations, and the selection process for non-product items, tools, and services.
- Strategic Planning: Develop short-term and mid-term strategies, including setting and monitoring departmental KPIs.
- Continuous Improvement: Evaluate departmental performance and implement improvement initiatives.
Requirement
- Male; Female, under 40 years old;
- Bachelor's Degree.
- Have at least 5 years of experience in Quality Management System (QMS), Environmental Management System (EMS), ISO system assessment in a production environment.
- Good at English
