Job Description
Our client is a foreign-invested company, looking for Cluster Director of Sales & Marketing (Hospitality, Negotiable, ID17127):
- Report directly to the Cluster General Manager, overseeing all aspects of reactive and proactive sales and marketing for the hotels.
- Set and achieve sales goals, objectives, and financial targets.
- Execute the hotel’s brand positioning and relevant initiatives, ensuring alignment across sales and marketing efforts while fostering lasting, value-oriented relationships with corporate, leisure, and incentive clients to drive revenue growth.
- Supervise the collection of marketing data, evaluate market trends, and apply strategic approaches based on the analysis of these insights.
Requirement
- Male/Female
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar role
- Proficiency in English
- Experience in corporate and MICE markets is a plus
