Job Description

Our client is a foreign invested company, now looking for a Cluster Director Of Sales (Hotel, $2000, ID16683)
  • Create and implement comprehensive sales strategies that align with the company’s business goals and objectives.
  • Set clear sales targets and ensure alignment with revenue goals across all hotels in the cluster.
  • Recruit, train, and lead a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of success and continuous improvement.
  • Provide ongoing coaching and development opportunities to ensure the team meets or exceeds sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including corporate accounts, travel partners, event planners, and other stakeholders.
  • Work closely with partners to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions that drive loyalty and revenue.
  • Lead negotiations, manage the proposal process, and close high-value deals with key accounts.
  • Ensure that all contracts are aligned with business objectives and profitability goals.
  • Regularly analyze sales data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and new business opportunities.
  • Use data-driven insights to adjust sales strategies and ensure consistent revenue growth.
  • Develop and implement effective sales enablement programs, providing the sales team with the tools, resources, and training they need to succeed.
  • Work closely with other departments, including marketing, revenue management, and hotel operations, to ensure a seamless sales process and alignment on business goals.
  • Provide regular reports on sales performance, revenue forecasts, and market trends to senior management.

Requirement

  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in hotel sales, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of success in driving revenue growth, managing large accounts, and leading sales teams.
  • Experience managing a sales team across multiple properties or locations is highly preferred
