Job Description
Civil Engineer (Open to fresh graduates, ID19406) wanted for a Vietnam-invested company! $750$/ month salary + opportunities to grow!
- Supervise quality, progress, and occupational safety, ensuring construction activities comply with technical regulations and standards.
- Identify, report, and propose solutions to technical issues and risks arising during construction.
- Review, verify, and approve design drawings, as-built drawings, and project settlement documents.
- Prepare and manage project documents, contracts, legal records, and other technical files related to the project.
- Analyze and improve design and construction methods to optimize costs and enhance project efficiency.
- Provide advice on construction organization plans, and efficient allocation of manpower, materials, and equipment.
- Manage, store, and update technical documents and data, ensuring accuracy, transparency, and easy access.
- Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports on project progress, quality, safety, and arising issues for management.
- Coordinate with departments, units, authorities, and clients to handle requests and ensure effective construction performance.
- Participate in team organization, task assignment, supervision, and propose technical or technological solutions for improvement.
Requirement
- Male under 30 years old
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Civil and Industrial Construction Engineering from an overseas university/ specialized high school in Hanoi
- 1 year of experience in residential villa projects (Open to fresh graduates)
- Solid professional knowledge of design principles (architecture, structure, materials, foundations),
- Good understanding of Vietnamese construction laws, codes, and standards,
- Proficient in 2–3 of the following software: Word, Excel, AutoCAD, Revit, SAP2000, ETABS, SAFE, Primavera, or MS Project.
- English proficiency: IELTS 6.5 or higher
