Job Description
Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for a CI Supervisor (Automotive, $1200, ID16846)
- Support the implementation of continuous improvement processes and manage Ideas.
- Conduct training sessions on standards and identify improvement opportunities in cooperation with plant teams.
- Organize workshops to identify potential improvements .
- Compile workshop results, create reports for management, and implement action plans.
- Optimize standards, processes, and production equipment.
- Monitor and track the implementation of CI and ideas.
Requirement
- Male/Female, 25 - 45 years old
- Bachelor's degree in related field.
- Having 1-3 years of experience in the same position, preferably in the automotive industry
- Advanced knowledge of LEAN Six Sigma tools and techniques
- Good at English
