Job Description
Khách hàng của chúng tôi là một công ty có vốn đầu tư nước ngoài, hiện đang tìm kiếm Chuyên Viên Xuất Nhập Khẩu (Tiếng Trung, $800, ID17175)
- Chuẩn bị hồ sơ, thực hiện thủ tục hải quan và theo dõi quá trình vận chuyển hàng hóa
- Lập chứng từ khai báo hàng xuất và hoàn thiện thủ tục thông quan.
- Phối hợp với các bên liên quan như nhà cung cấp, khách hàng, hãng tàu, và hải quan để đảm bảo quá trình xuất nhập khẩu diễn ra suôn sẻ.
- Liên lạc với shipper và forwarder để xác nhận số lượng hàng nhập, lịch tàu dự kiến khởi hành và cập cảng.
- Quản lý kho và thực hiện các công việc liên quan đến quản lý kho và xuất hàng.
- Lưu trữ và quản lý chứng từ xuất nhập hàng hóa.
- Thực hiện các báo cáo định kỳ về hoạt động xuất nhập khẩu.
Requirement
- Nam/Nữ; Dưới 45 tuổi.
- Tốt nghiệp Cao đẳng trở lên chuyên ngành liên quan Xuất nhập khẩu, Logistics, Quản trị kinh doanh, Tiếng Trung thương mại
- Tối thiểu 2 năm kinh nghiệm ở vị trí tương đương cho các công ty sản xuất hoặc các công ty có hỗ trợ khai báo cho các công ty sản xuất
- Hiểu biết về thanh khoản và hàng miễn thuế
- Tiếng Trung thành thạo 4 kỹ năng
