Job Description
Khách hàng của chúng tôi là một công ty có vốn đầu tư nước ngoài, hiện đang tuyển vị trí Chuyên Viên Xuất Nhập Khẩu (EPE, $1000, ID18146)
- Phụ trách toàn bộ nghiệp vụ xuất nhập khẩu cho doanh nghiệp EPE và các hình thức thương mại khác, bao gồm khai báo hải quan, thông quan và sắp xếp logistics, đảm bảo tuân thủ pháp luật Việt Nam và quốc tế.
- Xử lý và quản lý hồ sơ, chứng từ liên quan đến EPE và các hoạt động thương mại, đảm bảo tính chính xác và hợp lệ.
- Duy trì, phát triển quan hệ làm việc với cơ quan hải quan, nắm bắt kịp thời thay đổi chính sách để điều chỉnh quy trình thông quan hiệu quả.
- Phối hợp với nhà cung cấp dịch vụ logistics, đại lý vận tải; theo dõi tình trạng vận chuyển hàng hóa và xử lý sự cố phát sinh.
- Chuẩn bị, kiểm tra chứng từ xuất nhập khẩu (hóa đơn, packing list, vận đơn, C/O…), đảm bảo đúng quy định.
- Thường xuyên rà soát quy trình xuất nhập khẩu, nhận diện rủi ro, đề xuất giải pháp cải tiến nhằm nâng cao hiệu quả và tính tuân thủ.
- Hỗ trợ, phối hợp với các phòng ban liên quan (Tài chính, Mua hàng, Kinh doanh…) trong việc cung cấp dữ liệu và xử lý thông tin liên quan đến hoạt động xuất nhập khẩu.
Requirement
- Nam/Nữ. Dưới 45 tuổi
- Tốt nghiệp từ Cao Đẳng
- Có 03 năm kinh nghiệm vị trí Nhân viên xuất nhập khẩu và thủ tục hải quan ở công ty sản xuất EPE
- Am hiểu chính sách hải quan và quy trình thông quan tại Việt Nam
- Tiếng Anh tốt + tiếng Trung cơ bản hoặc tiếng Trung tốt + tiếng Anh cơ bản
