Job Description
- Thực hiện quy trình tuyển dụng: đăng tuyển, tìm kiếm ứng viên, sàng lọc, phỏng vấn, offer và onboarding.
- Phối hợp với các phòng ban để xác định nhu cầu tuyển dụng và tiêu chí ứng viên phù hợp.
- Chủ động tìm kiếm ứng viên qua LinkedIn, job sites, referral và các kênh khác.
- Xây dựng và duy trì nguồn ứng viên tiềm năng.
- Cập nhật dữ liệu tuyển dụng trên hệ thống, theo dõi và báo cáo kết quả tuyển dụng định kỳ.
- Tham gia các hoạt động xây dựng thương hiệu tuyển dụng và sự kiện tuyển dụng khi cần.
Requirement
- Giới tính: Nam/Nữ, Độ tuổi: 28-40 tuổi
- Tốt nghiệp Đại học
- Có 2 năm kinh nghiệm ở vị trí Talent Acquisition / Recruitment trong công ty thương mại, ưu tiên các công ty EdTech hoặc Tech, mạnh tuyển mass
- Ưu tiên có tiếng Anh giao tiếp
