Job Description
Khách hàng của chúng tôi là đơn vị vốn đầu tư Việt Nam hiện đang tuyển Chuyên Viên Tư Vấn Xây Dựng ($1200, ID17706):
- Tham gia công tác giám sát thi công các công trình thủy điện tại các dự án ở các tỉnh.
- Nắm vững các quy định pháp lý liên quan đến lĩnh vực xây dựng – đặc biệt là các thông tư, nghị định và tiêu chuẩn kỹ thuật hiện hành.
- Có kiến thức chuyên môn về thiết kế công trình thủy điện; khả năng đọc hiểu và phân tích hồ sơ thiết kế.
- Thực hiện công tác hồ sơ nội nghiệp: lập hồ sơ hoàn công, kiểm soát khối lượng và làm hồ sơ nghiệm thu khối lượng thi công hàng tháng.
- Thực hiện các công việc khác theo sự phân công của cấp trên.
Requirement
- Nam. Dưới 40 tuổi
- Tốt nghiệp Đại học khoa Kỹ sư công trình thủy, thủy điện (Ưu tiên kỹ sư công trình, kỹ sư xây dựng)
- Có 5 năm kinh nghiệm giám sát công trình cấp II trở lên trong mảng thủy điện
- Có kinh nghiệm đọc hiểu hồ sơ thiết kế, lập hồ sơ hoàn công và kiểm soát khối lượng nghiệm thu hàng tháng
- Thành thạo Autocad
