Job Description
- Phát triển và triển khai concept graphic theo mùa phù hợp với brand identity và target market.
- Thiết kế graphic cho sản phẩm may mặc bằng nhiều kỹ thuật: screen print, embroidery và các kỹ thuật in/thêu đặc biệt.
- Đề xuất định hướng hình ảnh, bảng màu và mood graphic theo xu hướng thị trường.
- Chuẩn bị artwork hoàn chỉnh, mock-up và tài liệu kỹ thuật phục vụ sản xuất.
- Quản lý và theo dõi quá trình phát triển mẫu; hướng dẫn chỉnh sửa khi cần.
- Kiểm tra chất lượng in, độ chính xác màu sắc và chi tiết thực hiện trước khi sản xuất hàng loạt.
- Phối hợp với bộ phận sản xuất và nhà cung cấp in/thêu để đảm bảo chất lượng và tiến độ.
- Hợp tác với Headquarter và các văn phòng liên quan để đồng bộ concept theo mùa.
- Thực hiện nghiên cứu xu hướng, hỗ trợ xây dựng mood board và color palette.
- Quản lý, lưu trữ design archive, strike-off swatches và market samples.
- Theo dõi mẫu và quản lý dữ liệu, tài liệu liên quan đến thiết kế.
- Tham gia đề xuất cải tiến quy trình làm việc và phát triển sản phẩm.
Requirement
- Giới tính: Nam/Nữ, Tuổi: Dưới 30 tuổi
- Tốt nghiệp Đại học chuyên ngành Thiết kế đồ họa, Thiết kế thời trang hoặc các ngành liên quan
- Có từ 1 năm kinh nghiệm thiết kế đồ họa, ưu tiên trong ngành thời trang; chấp nhận sinh viên năm cuối hoặc mới tốt nghiệp
- Biết dùng Photoshop, Illustrator
- Sử dụng tiếng Anh được ở mức văn bản, giao tiếp cơ bản
