Job Description
Khách hàng của chúng tôi là công ty có vốn đầu tư nước ngoài đang cần tuyển vị trí Chuyên Viên Sản Xuất Kiêm Phiên Dịch (Tiếng Hàn/Tiếng Anh, $800, ID 221657):
- Đảm nhiệm công tác xây dựng, điều phối và giám sát tiến độ kế hoạch sản xuất định kỳ (theo tuần/tháng) nhằm đáp ứng mục tiêu giao hàng.
- Kiểm soát định mức và theo dõi luồng cung ứng nguyên vật liệu đầu vào, bảo đảm tính liên tục cho các dây chuyền vận hành.
- Thực hiện việc chuẩn hóa, khai báo và cập nhật dữ liệu vận hành (mã sản phẩm, cấu trúc BOM, mã Lot) trên nền tảng quản lý MES/ERP.
- Khai thác, xử lý và tổng hợp các chỉ số hoạt động sản xuất để lập hệ thống báo cáo chuyên môn trình cấp quản lý.
- Đóng vai trò cầu nối phối hợp liên phòng ban để bảo đảm nhịp độ sản xuất và tiến độ xuất hàng.
- Đảm nhận công tác phiên dịch Hàn - Việt/Việt - Hàn trong các buổi trao đổi kỹ thuật, họp vận hành và xử lý công việc trực tiếp với Lãnh đạo người Hàn Quốc.
- Thực hiện các nhiệm vụ chuyên môn phát sinh theo sự chỉ đạo trực tiếp từ Trưởng bộ phận.
Requirement
- Nam/Nữ, từ 22 – 32 tuổi.
- Tốt nghiệp Đại học chính quy.
- Tích lũy từ 3 năm kinh nghiệm làm việc thực tế ở mảng lập kế hoạch và quản lý sản xuất trong các doanh nghiệp sản xuất FDI.
- Tiếng Hàn hoặc tiếng Anh sử dụng thành thạo cả 4 kỹ năng
- Ưu tiên khả năng thao tác trên phần mềm MES/ERP, hiểu biết sâu về quản lý cấu trúc BOM và quản lý mã Lot.
- Sử dụng thành thạo công cụ Excel cùng bộ ứng dụng văn phòng MS Office phục vụ phân tích dữ liệu sản xuất.
