Job Description
Khách hàng của chúng tôi là một công ty 100% vốn đầu tư nước ngoài, đang tuyển dụng vị trí Chuyên Viên Quản Lý Kho (Hóa Chất, $700, ID21587)
- Tiếp nhận, kiểm tra và nhập kho nguyên vật liệu, phụ gia, bao bì, bán thành phẩm và thành phẩm.
- Sắp xếp, phân khu và quản lý hàng hóa theo đúng quy định, áp dụng FIFO/FEFO.
- Thực hiện cấp phát, xuất kho theo phiếu yêu cầu/lệnh sản xuất và kiểm tra trước khi bàn giao.
- Theo dõi, cập nhật và đối chiếu tồn kho thực tế với dữ liệu trên ERP.
- Thực hiện kiểm kê định kỳ/đột xuất và xử lý, báo cáo chênh lệch tồn kho.
- Theo dõi hạn sử dụng, hàng tồn lâu ngày, hàng chậm luân chuyển và các bất thường trong kho.
- Kiểm tra tình trạng bao bì, pallet, kệ hàng và đảm bảo kho được sắp xếp an toàn, khoa học.
- Phối hợp với các bộ phận liên quan để đảm bảo hoạt động nhập – xuất – tồn kho chính xác, hiệu quả.
Requirement
- Nam/Nữ. Dưới 45 tuổi
- Tốt nghiệp Cao đẳng trở lên.
- Có từ 02 năm kinh nghiệm quản lý kho nguyên vật liệu, thành phẩm hoặc bán thành phẩm, ưu tiên ứng viên từng làm việc trong ngành hóa chất.
- Có khả năng sử dụng Tiếng Anh hoặc Tiếng Trung tốt trong công việc
- Ưu tiên ứng viên có kinh nghiệm sử dụng Digiwin ERP hoặc các phần mềm quản lý kho/ERP tương đương.
