Job Description
Khách hàng của chúng tôi là một công ty có vốn đầu tư nước ngoài, hiện đang tuyển Chuyên Viên Quản Lý Kho ($800, ID19955):
- Chịu trách nhiệm tiếp nhận, sắp xếp, quản lý và bảo quản vật tư, phụ tùng máy xây dựng trong kho.
- Thực hiện các nghiệp vụ kho bao gồm lập phiếu nhập – xuất, kiểm kê hàng hóa, theo dõi tồn kho định kỳ nhằm đảm bảo số lượng và chất lượng phụ tùng luôn chính xác.
- Quản lý nhập – xuất hàng hóa: Kiểm tra số lượng và tình trạng phụ tùng, máy móc khi nhập kho; Thực hiện thủ tục xuất kho theo đơn hàng, lệnh cấp phát hoặc yêu cầu sửa chữa/bảo trì.
- Sắp xếp và quản lý kho: Tổ chức, bố trí hàng hóa khoa học, gọn gàng, đảm bảo an toàn lao động; Thuận tiện cho việc tìm kiếm, xuất nhập, đặc biệt với các phụ tùng nặng hoặc chi tiết nhỏ lẻ.
- Kiểm kê và báo cáo: Theo dõi tồn kho hàng ngày, hàng tháng; Lập báo cáo nhập – xuất – tồn và đối chiếu số liệu với bộ phận kế toán.
- Bảo quản hàng hóa: Duy trì vệ sinh kho bãi, kiểm soát tình trạng hư hỏng; Đảm bảo vật tư, phụ tùng không bị rỉ sét, thất lạc hoặc hao hụt trong quá trình lưu kho.
Requirement
- Nam. Dưới 45 tuổi
- Tốt nghiệp Trung cấp trở lên các ngành kỹ thuật máy xây dựng, cơ khí, kế toán hoặc quản trị kinh doanh
- Có từ 2-3 năm kinh nghiệm vị trí nhân viên quản lý kho tại các kho hàng về máy móc/ phụ tùng hoặc các mặt hàng liên quan
- Sử dụng thành thạo vi tính văn phòng (Excel/Word) và các phần mềm quản lý kho
