翻译技术文件 报价。
报价，确认交通费，查找/确认酒店费
起草合同 确认验货环境、验货计划、出货、进度
监控货物检验状态，解决货物检验过程中出现的问题

检查、发送账单和收入报告
跟踪债务，获取海关文件
必要时向客户解释问题
- Tìm kiếm khác hàng và làm việc trực tiếp với khách hàng Trung quốc, xác nhận thông tin cần thiết cho kiểm hàng.
- Dịch tài liệu kỹ thuật khi cần
- Làm báo giá, xác nhận phí giao thông, tìm/xác nhận phí khách sạn
- Soạn thảo hợp đồng
- Xác nhận môi trường nơi kiểm hàng, kế hoạch kiểm hàng, xuất hàng, tiến độ
- Theo dõi tình hình kiểm hàng và giải quyết vấn đề phát sinh khi kiểm hàng
- Kiểm tra hiện trường, check list hiện trường
- Kiểm tra, gửi báo cáo tính tiền và doanh thu
- Theo dõi công nợ, xin chứng từ hải quan
- Giải trình sự cố với khách hàng khi cần
- Look for additional products, interact with Chinese clients directly, and verify the data required to examine the products.
- When necessary, translate technical papers
- Make a quote, verify the transportation charge, locate and confirm the hotel price.
- Contract drafting
- Verify the test setting, test plan, shipment, and progress. Keep an eye on the inspection's progress and deal with any issues that come up.
- Check the field list and the present field.
- Examine, inform, and transmit billing and revenue reports.
- Monitor debts and obtain customs papers
- When necessary, explain issues to customers

Requirement
- Nam/nữ, 30-40 tuổi
- Là người Đài Loan hoặc Trung Quốc và đang ở Việt Nam
- Có từ 3-5 năm kinh nghiệm làm quản lý đơn hàng ngành may mặc / giày dép/ mũ nón thời trang là bắt buộc
- Biết tiếng Nhật (ưu tiên), tiếng Việt hoặc tiếng Anh là một lợi thế
- Male/Female, 30-40 years old
- Candidates are Taiwanese or Chinese and currently living in Vietnam
- 3-5 years of experience as an order manager in the apparel / footwear / fashion hats industry is required
- Knowing Japanese (preferred), Vietnamese or English is an advantage
- 男/女，30-40岁
- 是台湾人或者中国人，目前在越南
- 需要 3-5 年的服装/鞋类/时尚帽行业跟单员的经验
- 知道日语（优先）、越南语或英语者优先
