Job Description
Khách hàng của chúng tôi là một công ty có vốn đầu tư nước ngoài, hiện đang tuyển vị trí Chuyên Viên Phát Triển Nhân Sự (Tiếng Anh hoặc Tiếng Nhật, $1000, ID 19984)
- Tuyển dụng & onboarding nhân sự
- Quản lý hành chính nhân sự (hợp đồng, lương, tuân thủ)
- Xây dựng & phát triển chương trình đào tạo
- Hỗ trợ phát triển nhân sự & gắn kết nội bộ
- Phối hợp với quản lý nhà hàng xây dựng quy định, quy chế
Requirement
- Nam/Nữ từ 25–40 tuổi
- Tốt nghiệp Đại học
- Tối thiểu 3 năm kinh nghiệm F&B, trong đó 1 năm vị trí quản lý
- Có tiếng Nhật (N2+) hoặc tiếng Anh giao tiếp
- Tính cách hòa đồng, biết lắng nghe, dễ làm việc
