Job Description
Khách hàng của chúng tôi là công ty có vốn đầu tư nước ngoài, hiện đang tuyển vị trí Chuyên Viên Pháp Chế & Tuân Thủ (Sản Xuất, 800$, ID21241):
- Soạn thảo, rà soát và tư vấn pháp lý đối với hợp đồng, quy chế, quy định và các văn bản của Công ty.
- Nghiên cứu, cập nhật quy định pháp luật và tư vấn cho các phòng ban nhằm đảm bảo hoạt động tuân thủ pháp luật.
- Tham gia xử lý các vấn đề pháp lý phát sinh và làm việc với cơ quan nhà nước, đối tác khi cần thiết.
- Quản lý, lưu trữ hồ sơ pháp lý, giấy phép và các tài liệu liên quan của Công ty.
- Kiểm tra, giám sát việc tuân thủ quy trình nội bộ; rà soát các hoạt động mua hàng, thanh toán, hóa đơn, hợp đồng và giao dịch nội bộ.
- Tham gia đánh giá, cải tiến hệ thống kiểm soát nội bộ, quản trị rủi ro và triển khai các hoạt động phòng chống tham nhũng, hối lộ.
- Lập báo cáo định kỳ về pháp chế, tuân thủ, kiểm soát nội bộ và thực hiện các nhiệm vụ khác theo phân công của cấp trên.
Requirement
- Nam/Nữ, dưới 40 tuổi.
- Tốt nghiệp Đại học trở lên chuyên ngành Luật, Luật Kinh tế hoặc các ngành liên quan.
- Tối thiểu 03 năm kinh nghiệm ở vị trí tương đương tại các công ty sản xuất FDI.
- Am hiểu pháp luật doanh nghiệp, thương mại, lao động và các quy định liên quan đến hoạt động sản xuất kinh doanh.
- Có kinh nghiệm về kiểm toán nội bộ, kiểm soát nội bộ, đánh giá tuân thủ quy trình và giám sát các hoạt động mua hàng, hóa đơn, hợp đồng.
- Có kinh nghiệm hoặc hiểu biết về phòng chống tham nhũng, chống hối lộ và tuân thủ đạo đức kinh doanh.
- Có khả năng sử dụng tiếng Anh hoặc tiếng Trung tốt
